Who operates this game
Pass the Bomb at bomb.ajayi.net is a free-to-play, noncommercial project operated by Ikponmwosa Ajayi. There are no purchases, subscriptions or paid features in the game. For privacy questions or requests, contact me through my LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn may require you to sign in. Please do not post private information in public GitHub issues.
Playing and choosing audio
The game does not ask you to create an account or enter player names. Round timing, music selection and playback run on your device. Custom music and explosion files are read locally in your browser session; the game does not upload them to its server. Reloading or closing the page clears those session uploads.
Offline storage
The Cloudflare version uses a service worker and browser Cache Storage to save the game and downloaded bundled audio for offline play. This storage supports the game, rather than advertising or tracking. Files can remain until you clear this website’s stored data in your browser settings or the browser removes them. Clearing site data removes offline availability. The game can still be played online without downloading the full audio library.
Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Serving and protecting the site involves technical data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser or device information. This is used to deliver the game, maintain reliability and prevent abuse. Where the GDPR applies, the basis for this necessary processing is our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not maintain a separate player database or store custom audio on our servers.
Cloudflare may process technical data internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. Its handling of this data, applicable transfer safeguards and retention practices are described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We have not configured a separate application log archive; provider-controlled technical data is subject to the provider’s retention arrangements.
Analytics, advertising and external links
The game’s application code does not include advertising, marketing cookies or third-party visitor analytics. Hosting infrastructure may produce operational traffic statistics. LinkedIn and GitHub links are ordinary links, with locally bundled icons; their services receive a request when you follow a link and apply their own privacy policies.
Streamlit version
A separate version is available at ajayi108-pass-the-bomb.streamlit.app. It uses Streamlit Community Cloud instead of Cloudflare for application hosting. The same local audio processing applies, but the hosting platform may use technical logs and platform cookies and does not provide this site’s offline download feature. See Snowflake’s privacy notice for the hosting provider’s practices.
Your choices and rights
You can clear this site’s browser storage at any time and choose not to use custom uploads or external links. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where the law provides it. Contact the operator using the link above. You may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. We may need information to identify a request; do not send sensitive information unless needed.

This notice will be updated if the game’s data handling changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
